The 2-day Workshop Course is held over a weeknend (Sat & Sun) at South Bank - Brisbane, with workshop classes running once a month.
This will be the quickest way to complete the Owner Builder Course where extensive and easy to absorb 'interactive' learning to help you master the knowledge required for owner building. And with the added convenience of asking the course trainers questions and information or learning from other students questions can only be achieved by completing the face to face workshop.
Free parking, Coffee, Tea and hot water facilities are all provided by the training venue. There are also restaurants, cafes, coffee shops etc. approximately four minutes walk from the training facility.
Attending this course you will receive two learning manuals plus assessments and a project management CD. These manuals are also ideal to use as reference materials for when you commence building.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Before commencing, you will need to already possess an OH&S White Card, or to undertake and successfully complete the Work Safely in the Construction Industry CPCCOHS1001A course, sometimes also known as the 'White Card'. This is a compulsory unit that is required along with obtaining your Owner Builder Statement of Attainment certificate.
